Acoustical Wire

Acoustical wire is made of straight and cut galvanized wire used for installing acoustical tile framing and electrical fixtures in commercial and residential applications.

Bar Ties

Beam Hangers

U-Shaped rods placed over structural steel beams to carry the soffit form concrete encasement. Speed placement of reinforcing steel in poured beams. Easily place steel 2” from the bottom of the beam and 2” from the top of the beam. Beam Hangers are made from basic 11 gauge wire. There are various sizes available including pairs, tops, bottoms and all purpose for difficult applications.

Gunite Wire

Also known as: Shooting wire, swimming pool wire, and piano wire

Uses and Specs:

• Used with the cement gun as a wire screen to maintain a straight line.
• Has over 300,000 P.S.I. (Pounds Square Inch) breaking strength. It will not break under the pressure of the cement gun
• Basic 20 gauge (.035”)
• 300 feet to the pound. 1,350 FT per Box
• Made especially for the cement gun.
• Is packed in handy 4-1/2 pound boxes to eliminate waste. No more bulky hard to handle rolls to get tangled and thrown away as a complete loss.
• Its used by the majority of the swimming pool manufacturers and Gunite companies

Pencil Rod

Pencil Rod is the common or trade name for straightened & cut Bright Basic wire that is .250 (1/4”) in diameter and 20’ long. It is also made of a slightly smaller diameter wire at .240”.

Pencil Rod is typically packaged in 1,000 or 2,000 pound bundles, but can be bundled in custom weights.

Pencil rod has many construction and industrial applications because of its versatility ease of use and ready availability.

Shear Steel
