Continuous Spirals
Continuous Spirals consist of a "Basic" steel wire compressed into a spring and molded into specific shapes,
such as round, square and rectangle. Continuous spirals are typically wrapped around "PC Strand" and stretched to
attain a specific pitch. Continuous spirals are used in the Prestress and Precast concrete industry. We have
hundreds of mandrels available for immediate production. We have manufactured thousands of Continuous spirals for
DOT and commercial applications. Our Continuous spirals conform to all necessary specifications including the most
important ASTM A-82.

Stirrups
Stirrups are most commonly used by precast lentil manufacturers for the production of concrete lintels. Stirrups are
typically bent in a U-shape and comprised of Basic wire. Stirrups are used in conjunction with Deformed Wire
or Rebar in order to maintain the proper concrete coverage over the reinforcing steel. |

Deformed Wire Straightened & Cut or Formed to Shape
Deformed wire is a specialized product utilized in concrete reinforcing applications. Our deformed wire conforms to
ASTM A496 and has been approved by the state of Florida for Residential and Commercial lintel applications. Many
Precast lintel manufactures have replaced their use of traditional rebar with deformed wire. There are many benefits
to utilizing deformed wire:
